You listened, you laughed, now click this. (after you catch your breath of course)
Some of music's finest female vocalists came together at last night's (April 10) Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Induction, Carrie Underwood and Sheryl Crow among them. They joined Bonnie Raitt, Stevie Nicks and Emmylou Harris in honoring one of the inductees, Linda Ronstadt, for her defining and groundbreaking work in the industry.
Peter Gabriel, Daryl Hall and John Oates, The E Street Band, KISS, Nirvana, Cat Stevens, Brian Epstein and Andrew Loog Oldham were also all initiated into the Hall of Fame. Other performers included Joan Jett, Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth, St. Vincent and Lorde, among others.
Rascal Flatts are rewinding a bit in 2014 and announced today that they will be heading out later this year on their Rewind Tour 2014. The tour will kick off May 16th in St. Louis, Missouri with special guest Sheryl Crow, and with Gloriana opening.

Is Sheryl Crow a bad person? Well she is if you listen to what a new book has to say.
According to the new book, "Wheelmen," Sheryl not only knew about the doping of her former fiance Lance Armstrong, she also stood by and watched as he destroyed lives with lies and deception.
You Sheryl, are a bad person (allegedly), and should maybe ask for forgiveness for your various sins.
I recently had the chance to chat with Sheryl Crow and brought up how brave I thought she was for crossing over into country music, considering the current rate of success for women in the genre (the current top 10 is 100% male, and only 3 females currently have songs in the top 25). I've asked others this question before, and most of the time I get the answer, "I don't know." Sheryl at least attempted to answer, although I'm not sure what to make of what she said.
"I do think that in the last...ten...fifteen years art has gone the way of commerce and you know that's...whenever there's money involved then you figure out what's going to bring in sponsors and what's going to resonate with people and what's going to sell records."

Today, Sheryl Crow shared on Facebook the album artwork for her debut country album "Feels Like Home."
Other than looking like they Photoshopped out certain parts of her anatomy, it's a nice cover. Safe and simple but pretty enough.
"Feels Like Home" will be in stores September 10th
In choosing a tourmate, it's apparently first come, first served and Darius Rucker, unfortunately, wasn't the first one in line when it came to choosing newly-gone-country Sheryl Crow as a tour buddy.
Darius recently told the Dan Patrick Show (via Taste of Country) that he hoped to tour with Sheryl Crow saying, “I hope. I said ‘yeah,’ and I think she said ‘yeah’ too. So now it’s in the hands of all the booking agents, but I hope it happens.”
Unfortunately, if it happens it'll be further down the line as it was announced this week that Sheryl will be heading out this fall on the Free And Easy tour with Gary Allan.
“Sheryl and I met while doing some guitar pulls earlier this year and started talking about doing something together. The timing seemed right and ‘Free and Easy’ just came natural to us both,” Allan says in a press release. “If we’re near you, come on out. It’s going to be a good time.”
Crow adds, “I love Gary’s music. He puts on the kind of show that I like to go see so I am thrilled to be out with him on tour, and really look forward to be able to perform my new music to the country fans this fall.”
So far only three shows have been announced for the tour -- Santa Barbara Bowl, Santa Barbara, CA September 13, The Greek Theatre, Los Angeles, CA September 14, and Rabobank Arena, Bakersfield, CA September 15 -- with more shows expected to be announced later on.
When I heard that Sheryl Crow was going to give country a try my first reaction was, "Why?" However, after hearing her first country offering (aside from Picture with Kid Rock anyway) with Easy (iTunes/Amazon), now I'm ready for more.
This song just makes me happy.
Sheryl Crow's full country album, Feels Like Home, will hit stores September10.
The NRA (National Rifle Association) is sort of like PETA in my book -- they have a good cause they fight for for the most part, they just tend to get a little too wacko and out in left field for my comfort.
Despite country music and guns going together like peanut butter and jelly, Mork & Mindy, or the birds & the bees, there are a few country singers out there who the NRA really doesn't like much. In fact, they like these country stars so little that they've added them to their hate list.
According to Buzzfeed, the NRA's enemies list came to light last fall and includes over 200 celebrities who have "lent their name and notoriety to anti-gun causes, speaking out for anti-gun legislation and providing a voice for anti-gun organizations." Shania Twain, Sheryl Crow, and Terri Clark all made it onto this prestigious list. Check out the full list after the jump...
Celebrity comes with lots of perks including wealth, fame, ability to wreck your car lots of times and never get your driver's license revoked (I'm looking at you Lindsay), but one thing that I would never want to deal with that most celebrities do at one time or another is a stalker.
One of the newest celebs in court trying to keep a crazed fan away is Sheryl Crow who back in April discovered that there was a delusional fella on Facebook making threats against her.
Phillip Gordon Sparks, 45, allegedly has been posting things like Sheryl has "stolen money from him," "tried to have him arrested" and "had broken into his house because [she] was looking for his gun." According to 'Entertainment Tonight', he even threatened to shoot her.
Now Sheryl has gone to court to obtain a temporary restraining order and has a hearing scheduled for August 14 to possibly make it permanent.
Sheryl recently revealed that she has a benign brain tumor, so this stress can't be helping matters. Hopefully she gets her permanent restraining order and this alleged nut job disappears back into the hole he crawled out of.
