Listening to Sarah Jarosz gives me chills, in a good way. She's got such a soulful voice. Now she's officially an up-and-comer and has signed with Sugar Hill Records with her album due out next year.
The Austin teenager plays a mandolin, how many teenagers do you know that can say that?
