I've been waiting for Randy Montana to release an album for over a year now after I saw him open for Lady Antebellum at the Ryman in March of 2010. Montana and Hillary Scott have been friends for several years, and she invited him to open the show. Scott even joined Montana to harmonize on "Last Horse." The album version will feature Emmylou Harris on harmonies.
On July 26, I won't have to wait any longer. My favorite songs of his, which will also be on the album include, "Ain't Got Much Left of Lovin' You," "Last Horse" and current single, "1,000 Faces."
Fans can download "1,000 Faces” for free from the iTunes Country Page. In addition, fans can download the video for free by visiting http://bit.ly/1000FacesiTunesVideo.
Montana spent time on the road last year with Sugarland and Little Big Town. He will be opening for Taylor Swift on select stops of the "Speak Now" tour including stops in Detroit, Pittsburgh and Foxboro. Pick up the latest People Country Issue to find out the other "Hot Guys of Taylor Swift's Tour." Montana is only one of several lucky men joining the star this summer.
