Miranda Lambert has a pet problem....as in she's got too damn many of them!
Not that she's complaining in the least -- in fact, from the looks of the picture above, I'd say she's as happy as a clam about it.
Miranda's well known for her dog rescuing ways, and today she posted to her blog about a set of six puppies she just rescued.
Yes, six. That's got to bring her dog total up to like 47. Seriously, I've lost track.

Please help us find loving homes for some very special puppies! On the heels of a busy week working for MuttNation's big charity event, Cause For The Paws 5, Miranda rescued 6 puppies and is housing them until homes can be located. Take a look at the MuttNation Facebook Page to read about them all and see if one of these puppies fits with you! The are good with other dogs and like cats. Also posted was an update about all the good Miranda's MuttNation charity has done this year.
MuttNation has raised $236,797 for its cause so far in 2012 from Cause for the Paws and various other donations – including continual fundraising efforts by individual groups of Ran Fans. The Cause for the Paws event raised funds through a combination of ticket sales, a live auction, an eBay auction, raffle tickets, vendors donating their services and private donations.
“We are so excited about the next chapter in the life of MuttNation Foundation in aiding and assisting animals in need,” said Miranda “Aside from music, this is my biggest passion in life. Every penny of profit from the benefit goes into the fund that helps us accomplish our mission to end animal suffering and homelessness.”
The post goes on to say that in the five years it's been around, MuttNation has managed to raise and contribute nearly a million dollars to abused, abandoned, neglected, or unwanted animals.
