OMG! Pat Green's on fire!

Okay, Pat Green was not really on fire, but he did perform at the NMSU Homecoming Bon Fire in Las Cruces, New Mexico last night.  A huge fire and a free concert for college kids, can you imagine how fun that party was?!?

Will the real Troy Aikman please stand up

While maybe not as funny as the whole beer can to the forehead thing, it's still pretty chuckle-icious. 

Seems Pat Green sometimes gets mistaken for former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman and rather than correcting the mistaken identity, he just signs Aikman's name. 

Pat says, “Troy and I get confused for each other all the time."

"Just in case you’re wondering, he’s about seven inches taller than I am. So, side by side, they don’t mistake us, but . . . I get to sign his autograph more than he gets to sign mine, though.”

Isn't that like identity theft or something? 

So I guess if you've ever taken a picture with Troy Aikman or had him sign anything for you, you might just want to double check whose signature you have.

Pat Green talks about the beer bonk to the head

Well talk about ruining all the fun.  Pat Green called into US99.com to talk about the bump on the noggin he received when a fan threw a beer at him Saturday.  Green says he was hit hard enough to pop the can open, but he didn't get knocked out and actually walked off the stage on his own.  He also could have had stitches but chose not to get any. 

"I didn't drop to the ground, I'm not that much of a wuss, I've been hit by worse," Green said.  What the hell is worse than getting hit with a full beer can? 

Well I'm still checking out YouTube waiting for someone to post a video, you cannot possibly get hit in the head with a beer can while performing a concert without someone having video.

Be careful what you ask for

Oh this is funny, dangerous as hell, but funny. 

Pat Green was performing a concert last Saturday at Michigan International Speedway when he yelled, "anyone got a beer?"

Promptly cans of beer started flying across the stage, with one can striking Pat right between the eyes.  The beer bullet knocked him out cold, ending the concert. 

Ouch.  Next time maybe he'll ask if anyone's got a bra or something a little more padded like that. {source}
