Michelle Branch, one half of the now defunct Wreckers has put her Nashville home up for sale less than a year after buying it.
The 3,706 square foot home boasts 4 extra large bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, lots of natural light, cathedral ceilings, a wonderful kitchen with all Viking appliances, cultured stone exterior, a slate roof and copper gutters, and a private patio and backyard.
Michelle bought the home in February of 2008 for $1,350,000 but is only asking $1,285,000 for it now. Sure that's a crap load of money, but remarkably it's $65,000 less than she bought it for just 10 months ago. Miss Branch must want out of it pretty badly, that or she's discovered a hellish mold or ant problem.

Ex-Wrecker, Michelle Branch, is getting ready to release her new solo album, Everything Comes and Goes, but that's not all that's on her plate so to speak. Michelle has become friends with pastry chef Rebekka Seale and plans to open a new bakery in Nashville.
The bakery will be known as the Sugar Bar and will be “an old-fashioned bakeshop and bar where you can go grab a drink after dinner and a slice of bourbon chocolate cake or summer berry pie,” Branch wrote in a blog.
