Julianne Hough is continuing right on up the Hollywood ladder.
Julianne's latest flick, Rock of Ages, doesn't hit theaters until June 15th, but she's already reportedly lining up her next big screen part in a movie based on the Nicholas Sparks novel Safe Haven.
Julianne is reportedly in talks to play Katie Feldman, the main character who, according to Sparks' website, is a mysterious young woman with a dark secret that still haunts and terrifies her, who moves to the small North Carolina town of Southport. There she falls for widowed store owner, Alex, but being a small town, the locals question Katie's past due to her sudden arrival.
The love interest in the movie will be played by Josh Duhamel (Transformers movies, Las Vegas).
Although it's rumored that she's just in talks, IMDB already lists Julianne in the lead role so it appears early congrats are in order.
Safe Haven is expected to hit theaters in February of 2013.
