Aww. Tough break. After nearly three years of dating, Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough have reportedly broken up.
There hasn't been an official statement and it's being reported that they've been living apart for weeks now, but here's what we actually know for sure -- last Friday, Julianne had $100,000 (!) worth of the jewelry stolen from her possibly unlocked car. This week the two are reportedly kaput.
Coincidence? Yeah probably, but I much prefer to think of Ryan having a high-pitched bitch fit over the missing jewelry and breaking up with Julianne in a fit of pink floral taffeta, Louboutins, and Chanel No. 5.
As most everyone is aware, Jana Kramer and Brantley Gilbert are engaged. Now we've gotten the low down on how the pair first met.
"I saw him at the after parties (2012 CMT Awards) and I was like, 'Oh there's Brantley Gilbert, he's so cute!' I honestly really just wanted to write with him, I wasn't thinking like I wanna date him. Because I had kind of gone down that artist route before, and I'm like never again, I do not want to date an artist. A lot of the time they can be selfish, and rightfully so, you're doing your thing. I was just like, I can't...he's the bad boy and... But, we have the same agent, so he introduced us and I was like, 'I would love to write with you sometime.' All of the sudden he just pulls out his phone and he's like, 'Yeah, what's your number?' So I gave him my number and then I knew he liked me when he actually called me and he didn't text me. But, he kept calling and I was really hesitant to go out with him. Then, when we actually had our first writing session it was an interesting writing session is all I have to say."
Sounds like former Disney princes and Justin Bieber ex, Selena Gomez, might just be moving on with a country cutie.
According to reports, Taylor Swift has been playing matchmaker and set up a meeting between her friends Selena Gomez and Hunter Hayes.
According to sources at Life & Style, Selena and Hunter met at a concert earlier this month and quickly felt a spark of attraction. Or something to that effect. And it all culminated in Selena handing the country singer her phone number before heading home...
“[They] flirted and traded phone numbers!”
So far there's no rumors of them dating, just flirting, but it's definitely a move up from Justin Bieber in my opinion.

It's Valentine's Day and love is in the air -- unless you've been married for 19 years like me, then it's just Thursday.
Just a couple of days ago, Broadway had written a story about how Kimberly Perry of The Band Perry unsurprisingly had a boyfriend. In an interview with Broadway, she had admitted that she was dating someone but never mentioned who and said that they'd unfortunately be spending the love holiday apart.
Now it seems that Kimberly's mystery man might have been uncovered.
Nashville Kat did a little digging and has come up with two choices, the most likely of which seems to be a baseball man -- Toronto Blue Jay's catcher JP Arencibia.
She writes:
I heard 2 things about Kimberly Perry's possible boyfriend. A Luke Bryan insider told me she's dating his tour guitar player but my friend Care gave me the tip she's dating JP Arencibia, a catcher for the Toronto Blue Jays. JP's from Nashville and lives there during the off-season. He's a country fan and after last year's ACM's he tweeted, "kimberlyperrymightbethemostbeautifulgirlintheworld.' Last year Kimberly was seen in a Blue Jays hoodie. In August, JP tweeted a picture of he and the bands crew from backstage. In December he posted a picture of a studio, the Perry's were working on their next album then and also in December, photos of them were tweeted at the same wedding. A fan asked JP who his Valentine is this year, and he wrote, #themostbeautifulgirlintheworld', the same thing he said after watching her on the ACM's.
After doing a bit of Googling myself, I found that the rumor that these two are dating has actually been floating around for a while. After reading the crazy posts on sports sites by people who are seemingly infatuated with JP and hate Kimberly because she's dating him, I'd say the rumor is pretty spot on.
JP's pretty cute (as evidenced below) so score for Kimberly.
How cute is this Christmas pic? Jana Kramer and Brantley Gilbert apparently found the one mall in this big ol' country of ours whose Santa is a really rockin' dude.
Yep, things are really getting serious between Jana and Brantley. I mean joint Christmas cards are just one step away from a mortgage and dirty diapers.
Oh wait, it looks like they may just have the dirty diapers left to go because OMG! is reporting that the pair have already purchased their very first house together in Nashville.
Sources tell omg! that the couple, who have been dating for about six months, are getting so serious that they just bought a house together in Nashville.
“I am really happy,” Jana tells the website!. “[Brantley] is so wonderful, I cannot stop smiling around him. He surprises me with gifts ‘just because.’”
Jana started out being pretty tightlipped about the relationship, but now it seems she's gushing more than Brantley is, which is saying a lot.
Well Taylor Swift's perilous and never ending quest to find love has taken an interesting and possibly dangerous new turn.
She's now apparently receiving death threats from fans of a boy band. Go figure.
Earlier this year, Taylor was momentarily paired up with One Direction boy bander Harry Styles in the media. According to reports, the pair had a date back in March. She was interested but he wasn't and that was that . Anyway, after news broke that Taylor and Conor Kennedy had called it quits, the Taylor and Harry rumor started up once again, but this time with more oomph.
Last week Taylor performed on X Factor and according to reports, Harry was there to check out Taylor's rehearsal. Then X Factor host Mario Lopez, who is sort of like the Hispanic version of Ryan Seacrest, told listeners on his radio show (yes, he's a T.V. host and a radio show host) that he saw Taylor and Harry holding hands.
Shocking, I know.
"Taylor Swift was the special guest performer, and [here's] a little inside scoop for you," Lopez told his listeners. "During rehearsals, Harry from One Direction came and slapped me on the back, and said, 'Hey, Mario, how ya doing?' And I said, 'What are you doing here?' And he sort of [pointed] toward Taylor."
The "Red" singer and the British boy-bander "walked off hand in hand," Lopez added, announcing, "So Taylor Swift and Harry from One Direction -- you heard it here first. [They're] officially hanging out, I can say that much."
Well that bit of info was enough to send One Direction fans into a rabid tizzy and since Mario's outing of the pair's probable non-relationship, fans of the British lad have apparently taken to Twitter to send death threats to Taylor.
Okay, there's actually only two tweets quoted by British tabloid The Sun, one that said "I’ll murder Taylor Swift. She will not date my Harry" and another that said "If u dating my harry, I kill u" so chances are Taylor wont be needing to up her security detail anytime soon, but she may still want to watch her back a bit just in case a One Direct super fan does decide to go rogue.
Whew. What a busy few days Taylor's had. After releasing her newest album 'Red' last week, Taylor Swift has saturated the media world with everything from announcing a new tour, breaking it off with Conor, and covering countless magazines.
First up, Camelot is officially dead.

As I suspected, Conor Kennedy (Taylor's boyfriend of a few months) was more than likely just a means to a end... a publicity end. I love Taylor, I really, really do, but I always kind of got an ooky feeling whenever I saw her and Conor in public. It was almost like he was a puppy and she was leading him around for the benefit of the paparazzi.
Hey, I get it, she had an album coming out and needed a little something extra to get people's attention leading up to the release.
The girl is definitely media savvy.
Anyway, last week word came out that Taylor and Conor had split in recent weeks due to all the time they had to spend apart. "It was a distance thing," a source told everyone who would listen.
Well maybe Taylor got tired of sending those private jets to pick Conor up and fly him to wherever she happened to be. Who knows?
TMZ reports, however, that Taylor is purchasing a house (a different one than rumored before) next to Conor's grandmother Ethel and that the breakup won't be changing her plans to follow through with the purchase.
Cozy.
In happier Taylor news, Taylor is on the cover of Billboard magazine's newest issue looking all cute and jeans clad.
She says in the interview about her just-announced Red tour:
I know it will be theatrical, but different than the "Speak Now" tour. It felt like we put on a play every night. [As for material] I like when I go to a concert and the artist respects what the people's favorite songs are. I'm going to be playing "Love Story" for the rest of my career because the fans really like it. If I ever get sick of it, I would continue to play it at my shows. You have to, as an artist, remember your experiences as a fan. And as a fan you heard the song in your bedroom, you played it over and over again, you know where the fiddle part is, you know where the banjo part is and you like the way it is sung on the record. I don't see me altering the way my previous work sounds live because people want to hear it the way they heard it on record. I don't need to do a jazz version of "Tim McGraw." That being said, we've done some fun mash-ups. Sometimes it's fun to weave someone else's song into your song as a surprise. I'm always balancing -- how much new material do people want to hear, how much old material -- and at the end of the day I'm trying to put on a show that accurately represents where I am now.
Speaking of her upcoming tour, Taylor made the announcement on Friday during an interview with Katie Couric for an All Access Nashville special.

Well this is a bit of an anticlimax in the Brantley Gilbert/Jana Kramer dating news.
As I told you a couple of days ago, there was a rumor going around that Brantley Gilbert and Jana Kramer were an item. Later on, Brantley admitted in a radio interview with Atlanta's Kicks 101.5 that the two were in fact dating and Brantley was almost gushing about how happy he was.
Skip ahead a couple of days and Jana Kramer was finally tracked down to give her side of the dating news.
Country Music Tattle Tale caught up with the actress/country singer at last night's ACM Honors in Nashville and asked Jana about the budding relationship.
“What did you think about Brantley Gilbert “outing” your relationship last week on Kicks 101.5 FM in Atlanta?”
Her answer?
“You know what, were just having fun.”
WHAT!?! When Brantley answered the question last week, he poured out his heart confessing to Cadillac that he is indeed a very, very happy man! Personally, I got the feeling she was incredibly uncomfortable talking about her relationship so we moved on after one last question. When we asked if they would be walking any of the upcoming award show red carpets together her answer was very simple,
“No, were not going to be walking the carpet together.”
Oh, well ok then. You know, there was a recent study that suggested roles have reversed and men now tend to fall in love quicker than women and have turned into mushy, clingy fellas.
Or something to that effect.
I hope this isn't the case here because I kind of prefer my Brantley Gilbert manish as opposed to Taylor Swiftish.
As I told you earlier, I had gotten an email yesterday from a friend who said that Brantley Gilbert and Jana Kramer were dating. Now comes word from Atlanta's Kicks 101.5 that Brantley has confirmed the relationship.
During an interview this morning with the "Cadillac Jack & Dallas" morning show, Brantley was coaxed into admitting his relationship with Jana.
"To answer your question, yes. And and I'm a very, very happy
man. Yes, I am with Jana Kramer."
When asked if Jana has a key to his
house in North Georgia, where she has been known to frequent between stops on
her tour with Brad Paisley, Brantley responded, "Not yet."
So there you go, country's newest "it" couple. Congrats to the happy pair.
