Tune in Monday, July 23 to watch Average Joes Entertainment’s Colt Ford appear on truTV’s hit series, “Lizard Lick Towing”. For the all-new episode tonight (7/23,) Ron plays a joke on Bobby involving his most favorite country star Colt Ford. Check your local listings and tune in at 10pm ET/PT to view the hilarious prank.
“Lizard Lick Towing”, one of the network’s most popular shows, is named after the Shirleys’ Wendell, N.C., towing and repo company. The series follows the Shirleys as they repossess vehicles and machinery on behalf of lien holders – a difficult and often unpleasant task, to say the least. Ron Shirley is the hulking, tattooed owner of Lizard Lick Towing & Recovery. He and his best friend Bobby must go about the difficult task of tracking down and repossessing property, often coming face-to-face with irate owners. His wife Amy, a former champion power lifter, works the main office, where the owners often bring heated demands that property be returned.
UPDATE: You can now watch the video here if you like.

So Colt Ford has a new Moonshine and Vodka line out. The press release says he's the first country singer to have such a thing on the market, although I would think that Hank Williams Jr. might beg to differ.
"I wanted to have real moonshine made by real moonshiners and that is what I got," said Ford. "This took over a year to get the government to approve, and it is really special. I could not be more proud to be involved with the Georgia Distilling Company and United Distributors. We have some great moonshine and vodka that I will put up against any on the market. This is gonna be a fun ride, and I am gonna do everything I can to make the world have a GOODTIME!"
I say good for him. In this business you really have to diversify and spread your money-making prospects far and wide. My only question is, why in the world is Richard Petty's M&M on the front of the bottle?
Back a couple of years ago M&M came out with a bunch of print ads that had celebrities turned into M&Ms featured in them. Kix Brooks and Burt Reynolds' M&Ms both bear a slight resemblance to Colt's bottle picture, but it was the Richard Petty M&M (that I can't find a picture of) that was really the spittin' image.

Am I the only person in the world who doesn't get Cold Ford? I've tried to understand why his country rapping is so popular, but so far I haven't been able to figure it out, which is odd to me because I enjoy Jason Aldean's country rapping on Dirt Road Anthem.
Anyway, personal confusion aside, Colt Ford's got a new gig....TV show host.
Colt will be the new co-host for Mudslingers on The Outdoor Channel.
The most surprising part? The show has nothing to do with the slaying of wild animals.
From the press release:
Music star will bring country life to the nation through new show “Mudslingers” debuting June 27 on The Outdoor Channel
Nashville, Tenn. (Wednesday, June 22, 2011) – The Outdoor Channel is pleased to announce the premiere of their new program spotlighting off-road entertainment, Mudslingers, starring Average Joe’s Entertainment’s Colt Ford as co-host alongside comedian Marc Ryan. The 13-episode half-hour series will debut on June 27 at 10:30 p.m. ET and is presented by Sta-bil.
“There’s an entire culture that consists of 4x4 trucks, camping, music, and pure madness that we’re about to blow the lid off of,” shares Ford. “Mudslingers showcase’s that lifestyle and more, and I’m proud to be one of the hosts sharing this with all the folks at home. You better buckle up because this is one hell of a ride!” Each Mudslingers episode will feature renowned recreational parks like Redneck Yacht Club and Yankee Lake along with interviews on the campground, demonstrations of the vehicles, and more all while showcasing the non-stop action that takes place on the grounds. Stay tuned to ColtFord.com for behind-the-scenes clips of Mudslingers and weekly breakdowns of the episodes. The other day I had told you about the sp[oil]ed photo campaign that Kellie Pickler, Sammy Kershaw, the Zac Brown Band, and Colt Ford were taking part in but the only picture I had at the time was Sammy Kershaw's.
Well now thanks to the snoop work of someone over on the KellieFans.com, we now have the rest of the pictures from Facebook.
And if you'd like to read about the sp[oil]ed campaign, you can do so here.
