Well the belly is coming along nicely now!
I know, I know, baby bump watching is probably a little creepy to some, but I just can't help it. I luv lil baby bumps.
I think I need professional help.

Awwww -- congratulations to Rascal Flatts' Jay DeMarcus and his lovely wife, Allison, after the pair welcomed their new baby boy Friday afternoon.
Jay had revealed the new baby's name to Taste of Country earlier this year saying, "We really are thrilled to be having a boy, and we're gonna name him Dylan Jay DeMarcus. My wife, being the sweetheart that she is, decided that 'Jay' needed to officially be in the family, so we decided to call him Dylan Jay DeMarcus."
Dylan joins the couple's 1-year-old daughter Madeline Leigh.
The funny part about this whole story is that Jay didn't take time off from the band's concert last night and instead showed up on stage wearing surgical scrubs after hopping a plane shortly after the birth to be sure to make it there on time.
Chicago's 99.5 WYCD had one of their guys, Steve Grunwald, at the show and he got to speak exclusively with Gary LeVox and Joe Don Rooney before the show in Detroit.
”Jay got pregnant. He got up this morning, jumped on our airplane, flew home, and had the baby. Now he is flying back for the show,” Gary and Joe jokingly explained. Gary added “he woke up in a panic, you know, when his water broke.”
Gary explained he found out that Jay was having his baby this morning, when Jay called him and said “Dude, listen. I’m gonna try and make it back for the show, but we’re going in. Alison’s going to the hospital. We’re gonna have the baby.” When asked about the name of baby DeMarcus, Gary and Joe said “the last thing we heard was Gary Don. Gary Don Junior.”
According to 99.5 WYCD, the newest DeMarcus was born at approximately 4 p.m. yesterday.
So happy for Jay and his wife.
UPDATE: People.com is reporting that little Dylan Jay weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz.
Jennifer Nettles showed off her bump and talked baby (and Duets) on Good Day LA on Monday morning.
Jennifer says, "Now I feel good. The first three months were a challenge because we weren't telling anybody and we were still working."
"I cried on the show all the time. I begged the producers, I'm like, 'Please don't make me that girl,' and they didn't know why, you know, obviously they thought I was just sensitive. I would cry like at Olympics commercials and ridiculous things."

Mazel tov to Danny Gokey who announced this morning via his Facebook that his new wife, Leyicet, is expecting.
Hey guys I'm happy to announce that my wife Leyicet Gokey and I are having a baby!! She a little over 3 months pregnant & due in January!!! We're so excited!
Danny and Leyicet got married back in January.
Awww, congrats to Lorrie Morgan and her late, great husband Keith Whitley who on Sunday evening became new grandparents when their son Jesse Keith Whitley and his wife Ashlee Hewitt Whitley welcomed a bouncing baby boy to their family.
Jesse made the announcement on his Facebook, stating, "As of 5:46 pm ....I am now the PROUD father of Jackie Keith"Tuff" Whitley!!!!!"
This is the first baby for Jesse and Ashlee, who married back in April of 2012.
UPDATE: Okay, to clear up some maybe confusion. I'm aware that Keith Whitley has been dead for quite a long while, but I still count him as a new grandparent. Some of the comments on Twitter have made me smile in regards to this.

I'm a sucker for a pregnant belly so it excites me to no end that Jennifer Nettles is finally starting to show.
Did you ever see that episode of Two and a Half Men where Alan has a pregnant woman fetish? I'm sort of like that but without all the really weird sexual stuff.
Anyway, I've been keeping my eyes open for the first pic of Jennifer Nettles with an actual noticeable pregnant belly and I finally found one.
The pic comes from Sugarland's website and actually has a story about Jennifer's contestants on Duets doing awesome and blah blah blah.
Honestly I don't care because Jennifer's got a baby bump!

Well a big ol' congratulations going out to Jake Owen who broke the news to People.com today that he and his lovely wife of a little under three months, Lacey Buchanan Owen, are expecting a baby this November.
And if you think that's the reason for the quickie, romantic wedding on the beach the pair had back in April....you're probably right.
I kid, I kid. Jake says he had already went the traditional proposal route before finding out about the baby.
"We actually found out Lacey was pregnant after I had asked her dad for his permission."
Jake goes on to show his soft side.
"From the day I met her, there was no doubt in my mind I wanted to marry her, and we always knew we wanted a family."
"The way we saw it, the baby news was a bonus on top of the engagement, but we didn't want anyone to think we were getting married because Lacey was pregnant, and we wanted to celebrate our wedding first."
Adds Buchanan: "We didn't want to go public with it until we found out if it was a boy or a girl. The pregnancy was just something we wanted to keep for ourselves for a little while."
And find out they did. The happy couple reveals they are having a baby girl, although they were a little surprised when they found out. Jake says his sister swears by the Chinese Birth Calendar, an ancient method of predicting gender, which predicted that the newest baby Owen would be a boy.
"So when the technician said it was a girl, were were like, 'Are you sure?'" he recalls. "She said she was as sure as she could be."
Of course, it's always a good idea to keep a few gender-neutral baby items around just in case.
Oh I love me some good baby news.
Emily Robison, the dark haired Chick of The Dixie Chicks and Court Yard Hounds is pregnant with her fourth baby, but first with her boyfriend Martin Strayer.
Emily's rep confirmed the news to Us Weekly on Thursday, saying, "She's excited!"
Emily is due in early September. The new baby will join Emily's other children, twins Juliana Tex and Henry Benjamin, 7, and Charles Augustus, 9.
Congrats to Emily and the rest of the family.

Just kidding, it's just the angle of the shot, but the faux baby bump sure caught my eye when I first spotted this pic.

Well a big, fat, happy congratulations going out to Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles whose manager, Gail Gellman, announced to People.com today that Jennifer is expecting her very first baby this November with husband of seven months, Justin Miller.
“They are thrilled beyond belief,” Gail told People.
Jennifer got married in November. Jennifer is now due in November. My birthday is in November. November is definitely a good month.
