Advertising on Nashville Gab
Welcome to Nashville Gab, where we have a blast talking about country music! Thanks for your interest in sponsoring my site. Why advertise on Nashville Gab you might ask? Well sponsoring the Gab is a good thing because we're different. We're all about the gossip and are one of the few blogs out there that is dedicated to country music gossip along with news. We're like the highly popular TMZ and Perez Hilton but for the country music set and not so darn mean. I also post multiple times a day - as in 10, 15, 20 or 30 times a day - so readers have something fresh and new to read every time they come back to visit, not just once in a while.
Since starting the site back in June of 2008 I've grown more than I could have imagined. I'm currently heard on the radio in Texas on KVRP, in Michigan on B93 with Broadway, Wow 104.3 in Boise, 107 The Moose in Michigan, and 104.9 The Fox in Arkansas to give the weekly gossip roundup, so not only are you getting my faithful readers when you advertise, you're also getting radio listeners who visit my site from these various locations. My site has also appeared in print in the Country Weekly magazine, and I've had mentions on the popular websites The 9513 and CMT. My readership currently stands at about 120,000 page views a month and averages 5,000 to 10,000 page views a day with it growing weekly.
Because I feature posts on popular topics such as music videos, popular singers, gossip, photos from events, and music reviews, search engines send a lot of traffic and unique visitors my way. Even posts that are months old continue to get hundreds of hits. This means your ad will be seen many new readers every day.
So have you decided you'd like to give advertising on Nashville Gab a whirl? Are you ready to target thousands of faithful country readers along with thousands of new readers daily? Then here's the money part. Since we're still technically just starting out, advertising is cheap, cheap, cheap. If you'd like a basic square ad it's just $30 a month. If you'd like one of the long and narrow ads then it's $50 a month. When you pay for three months at a time, you get one month free. Pretty simple. Of course if there is something different you'd like then just let me know.

Good afternoon,
I am interested in advertising my site, countrymusicontour.com on your blog, but have a question first. I run all of our ads through an adserver so that the banners can be rotated on a regular basis. If you are not familiar with an adserver, the basic idea is that I load several of our banners into the server, and I get back a single code that I place in my adspace which will randomly display all the ads I point to that space, much like google adsense does. This allows me to serve fresh, relevant ads to my readers and track each ads performance, and to change out the banners as different promotions come along.
I would like to know if I can rent either a 160x600 or 468x60 Run-of-site adspace from you for one month, set up with a unique ad zone code from my server? All ads would be for country music concerts, and you can see the exact ads being ran in the sidebars of countrymusicontour.com. If the ads perform well over the first month, I would be happy to set up an automatically recurring payment to keep that adspace as long as the arrangement works for you.
If this is something you are interested in, please let me know what your monthly rate would be for this space. I think it is important to note that I only advertise on independent country music blogs like yours. I don’t believe a site owner, or writer should compromise their opinions because advertisers are paying their bills, which is why I want MY marketing budget to go to you rather than other corporate-run sites.
Thank you,
Cheers!
