The winner is....Payton Rae. Yallwire declared Payton Rae the winner of their Best New Artist Video for 2012. The fans were able to vote, which makes this award pretty special. It's obvious Payton Rae as an army behind her. Payton's new video "Stomp The Fire Out" has been getting alot of attention lately and teenage girls everywhere are loving it. Influenced by Carrie Underwood, Payton Rae is a good mix of country and pop music all in one. Congratulations Payton! We hope 2013 is good to you.
