Merle Haggard recently did an interview with The Village Voice where he decided to talk about the so-called Mayan end-of-the-world prediction, the one that says the world is going to end on December 21st of this year.
The Hag's hoping the prophecy is completely wrong because he's afraid it will screw up his stock portfolio.
"I think everybody has December 21 on the back of their minds and hoping that everybody's wrong," observes Haggard about the Mayan end-times prediction. "I'm trying not to think about it."
"I got a lot of money in the stock market, and I'm trying to figure out whether to sell or wait until the 21st. If something doesn't happen, the stock market has got to go up, and it's got to go down before that. That's what I'm mainly watching, trying to be the head of the family here. I don't want to wake up on December 22 and have done the wrong thing."
Merle Haggard thinking about the Mayan Calendar ... who'da a thunk it?

Howdy would you mind sharing which blog platform you're using? I'm planning to start my own blog in the near future but I'm having a hard time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I'm looking for something completely unique.
P.S Apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!
