On Saturday, Keith Urban attended the Symphony Ball at Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville where he accepted the Nashville Symphony Harmony Award.

The Harmony Award is given to a person who significantly contributes to the development and culture of Nashville.

"For me, it's the specific Nashville aspect of it. Twenty years ago I moved here, and growing up in Australia it was this life-long dream of living in Nashville. And the fact that I've gotten to do that for so long, and now something like this is happening; it is really sweet," Keith said at the Ball.

Today, Keith took to his Facebook to say thank you for the award that means so much to him.

So honored to accept the Harmony Award last nite!!! THANK YOU Nashville Symphony!!!!! -KU

Other past recipients of the award include Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Marty Stewart.

You can check out more photos of the evening on the Nashville Symphony's Facebook page.

And here's some video of Keith performing during the Ball.
