Congratulations to Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, and Lady Antebellum who on Thursday were all awarded with Billboard Touring Awards.
The Billboard Touring Awards honor the concert industry’s top artists, venues
and professionals for the year, primarily based on the Billboard Boxscore chart
and actual box office performance between October 11, 2011 – September 30,
2012.
Lady Antebellum won The Breakthrough Award while Tim McGraw and Pennzoil's Long Love Cars campaign took home The Concert Marketing
& Promotion Award.
The Brothers of the Sun tour featuring Tim McGraw, Jake Owen, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, and Kenny Chesney won The Top Package Award,
honoring the top-grossing tour with three or more artists on the bill.
Kenny Chesney also took home the Road Warrier award.
