Kenny Chesney, healthy fella that he is, is on the June cover of Men's Health and in the pages of the magazine he talks exercise, diet, and the fact that he doesn't care about muscles, but he can do 300 push ups in 10 minutes.
From Chesney World:
He says he just wants to maintain energy for his two-hour concerts in summer humidity. "You think you're sprinting on this treadmill," he says. "When I'm up there (on stage) it's like I'm at a constant sprint at a 15 level. But the thing you have onstage that you don't have in the gym is adrenaline."
Kenny's trainer of over 10 years, Daniel Meng, joins in on the conversation saying about Kenny's exercise regimen:
"It's a very intense workout routine usually reserved for athletes," Meng says, "but Kenny has a certain standard he holds himself to when putting on a show, and it's my job to get him there."
