Taylor Swift to receive special Teen Choice Award

The Teen Choice Awards are just around the corner and will be airing Sunday, August 7th, on Fox. If you're a Taylor Swift fan then you'll definitely want to be sure to watch because Taylor will be receiving a very special award.

The Awards show will be presenting Taylor with their highest honor, the Ultimate Choice Award, in recognition of her "extraordinary contributions to the entertainment industry."

Taylor is scheduled to be at the show so will be able to accept her award in person, unlike last year when she accepted her four awards via video.

And as an added bonus, Fox has announced that you will be able to watch all the red carpet drama and backstage fun Sunday, Aug. 7 (3:30-5:00 PM PT live/6:30-8:00 PM ET live) online at Teenchoiceawards.com.
