Yay! It’s time once again for Taylor Swift to show us that we’re all just a bunch of slackers.
Ms. Swift, who just happens to be barely old enough to enjoy the occasional cocktail, has once again proven that you’re never too old to be filthy rich and a mini real estate mogul.
Back in 2009, Taylor bought her first (that we know of anyway) home….an over 4000 square foot penthouse in Nashville that was rumored to contain not only a bird cage large enough to hold a person, but also a koi pond.
Then in 2010, Taylor shelled out nearly a million five for a quaint 5000 square foot (give or take a foot or two) Nashville pad that was rumored to have been purchased for her doting parents. Then a week or two later news hit that Taylor had also purchased a Beverly Hills mansion for a cool three and a half million.
Well apparently Taylor’s had a change of heart for some reason because a few short months later and the purchased-for-the-parents home in Nashville is now back on the market for $1,450,000. In case you’re curious, the home is complete with 4,929 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and I’m sure loads of curious passerbys. No word on whether there’s a koi pond in the living room or not, although by the looks of the pictures, I think it’s probably fish-free.
