Well I guess technically that's two words and an apostrophe S, but whatever.
I get asked to check out a lot of singers running this site. Truth be told it doesn't usually interest me. I like the celebrity side of things, the gossipy, fun, oh-look-what-they've-done-now side of things. Finding new artists just isn't really something I find interesting.
I know, shocking!
Actually, if you've been coming here long I'm sure you've heard me say that half a dozen times or more over the years.
Occasionally, though, someone comes along that makes me go "wow."
I'm saying wow now.
Emily Brooke is a 12-year-old young lady who sings like an angel, plays her really cool custom guitar like a pro, writes great songs, and has blonde hair.
Sounds like a winning combination to me.
Of course, there are a thousand guitar-playing, song-writing, angelic-sounding blonde cuties out there - we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed that she doesn't get lost in the mix.
