Daisy Mallory has the looks and the talent. I liked her song "Girl Time". It's a fun, upbeat song with an appealing hook. It's cotton candy country that's appropriate and believable for a young lass. Her latest, "Do You Think of Me?" left me thinking that the girl has the look, presence, and delivery, and its pretty darn good, so why didn't it blow me away? It's the voice of experience that's lacking. When the girl belts it out, it just doesn't come across with the same strength as someone who's clearly been knocked down by love a few times. Now, I don't wish any emotional bruising upon Miss Mallory - she's a lovely young lady with a bright future. I would simply prefer a different song to showcase this artist. Watch the video for "Do You Think of Me?" for yourself - maybe you will see the chemistry and longing that I missed. I wish they had captured the charming girl I glimpsed on her video blogs. Still, don't dismiss this red-haired stranger. I have a feeling she may yet find her way to my heart. Visit http://daisymallory.com
