Your first look - Tim McGraw gets bushy for new movie

I think this is the first glimpse we've gotten of Tim McGraw in his new movie - or at least it's the first glimpse I've had.

Must say I was surprised to see how dang bushy Tim got for his this role, usually he goes the opposite and shaves smooth. From this angle he sort of looks like my Earth Science teacher from high school.

The movie, which was originally going to be called Love Don’t Let Me Down, has had it's name changed to Country Strong and is set to be released on December 22, 2010.

The movie also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Leighton Meester, and Garrett Hedlund.  The synopsis from IMDB says:

A drama centered on a rising country-music songwriter (Hedlund) who sparks with a fallen star (Paltrow). Together, they mount his ascent and her comeback, which leads to romantic complications involving her husband/manager (McGraw) and a beauty queen-turned-singer (Meester).

So do you guys prefer bushy Tim or bare Tim?  I'll definitely have to wait for a full on face shot to cast my vote.

Thank you Shannon for posting this. Also the info on the name change and when it is slated to come out. I am so excited he is in another movie and can't wait to see it. I don't know if I like the full beard but I like him best with the mustache and little beard. He is so talented.
