I was asked to pass this along to anyone who might be going to Taylor's marathon meet & greet tomorrow so I figured I would do just that to help you guys out. There's also been a website set up to discuss the M&G info here.

Where is the event, what time does it take place, and how do I get in?
It’s at the Bridgestone Arena at 501 Broadway in Downtown Nashville, TN.
It is FREE to all fans, so you don’t need a ticket to get in. Enter through the South entrance on Demonbreun Street. Doors open at 6:30AM and the event will last until 9:00PM.
What if I want to camp out before doors open to get a good spot in line?
There is no need to camp out. This is not a ticketed event so fans can come and go all day long. Being the first in line doesn’t guarantee that you will meet Taylor.
Is Taylor really going to meet fans for 13 hours straight?
Taylor would like to meet as many fans as possible within 13 hours. She will start meeting fans and signing autographs around 8:00AM and plans to continue until 9:00PM. She will take a break at around 2:00PM to perform a few songs for her fans inside the arena and then get back to meeting as many fans as possible. So yes, the plan is up to 13 hours.
How do I get to meet Taylor?
There will be a certain number of Taylor Swift Meet & Greet wristbands that will be given out to fans in the following ways throughout the 13 hour period:
- Text to Win contest with your mobile phones every hour at the venue
- Sponsors will have some wristbands to give away during contests at their booths
- A wandering “Fun Team” will be looking for Taylor fans to give wristbands
- Surprise giveaways every hour
When you are given your wristband you will be instructed on a time and section to hang out with other wristbanded fans inside the arena until you are escorted to the line to meet Taylor.
The wristbands will be given out at the venue in pairs and a special wristband will be given out for chaperones.
What can I bring with me when I am meeting Taylor?
No cameras or additional items are permitted in the Meet & Greet line for Taylor. There will already be photos that Taylor will sign when she meets you and a photographer will take your picture with her.
What can I bring with me into the building?
You may bring a camera into the event. You can also bring in posters and banners, pillows and blankets. No outside food allowed.
What will I do while I wait to meet Taylor?
Throughout the concourse will be opportunities for various interactive experiences and fun giveaways. There will also be information booths, concession stands, bathrooms and more. Inside the arena is where all the magic will happen. Fans will get a behind the scenes look into Taylor’s life including items from her Fearless Tour, videos, memorabilia and more. Fans can stay as long as they want and take pictures of the entire experience.
How will Taylor's short acoustic performance work?
Taylor's short acoustic performance will take place a little after 2:00PM inside the arena. It is a free show and anyone can come and watch! It is general admission, so sit anywhere there is an empty seat.
Do I need a CMA Festival pass to enter the venue, meet Taylor or watch the acoustic performance?\
Will food be available?No, you do not need a CMA festival pass to enter the Bridgestone Arena, meet Taylor and/or watch the acoustic performance. All "Taylor Swift 13-Hour Meet and Greet" activities are open to the public.
Food and drink will be available at the arena's concession stands.
