Carrie Underwood doesn't have a Twitter account but I used to have her Twitter imposter's Twitter account over in the list of Twitters of the stars there in the sidebar. I knew it wasn't Carrie's but I figured something was better than nothing. Boy did the fans not see it that way. I got so many emails from worried fans making sure I knew Carrie didn't have a Twitter that I finally removed it to save the sanity of those who were worried about it.
Well that funny fella from Farce the Music has gathered the best of the best fake country Twitters. These aren't imposters but rather people who have fun not being a country star and keeping their followers entertained.
There's NotKennyChesney, NotKennyRogers, NotChuckWicks, NotJakeOwen, etc. Farce goes through and gives you the links as well as a rundown of what makes them funny.
I'm actually not 100% convinced that these accounts are fake. Maybe that's the new trend, if you don't have the balls to say what's really on your mind make a "fake" account and let the funny word vomit begin. But for now we'll just let these guys make us laugh NOT being the stars.
Check out Farce's whole list here.

I'm glad you took the fake account off. I read things from the twitter fake and she wanted everyone to belive she was Carrie and that's just wrong. The way the media is today everything gets blown way out of proportion anyways so why give extra fuel. I don't think that makes her fans crazy or psycho. I want Carrie to be viewed the way she actually is, not with all the messed up things that get said every day about her. She's truly a wonderful role model but one silly little thing can get blown way up, just like this. There's no need to try and be someone you're not, even if you think it's funny. It's not.

Yeah Carrie fans are a little crazy and some are psycho. I love carrie but I am not obsessed like some of her followers are. I am pretty sure we are all smart enough to figure out what is a real twit account or a fake one.
