I'm more than a little confused by the new artwork for Gary's upcoming CD "Get Off On The Pain." Are those hieroglyphs? Doodles? Psychedelic flashbacks? Really, iinquiring minds want to know.
The deep-in-thought, staring off into the ocean, I'm-too-sexy-for-my-jeans look, now that I understand and appreciate.

I completely disagree. What could possibly be "more him"? People who know much about Gary know how much he adores the water, California (his home state), the beach, and surfing. The cover is an obvious nod to all of the above, with the "heiroglyphics" innately familiar to anyone keen on the beach scene. (p.s. blue is an ocean color. Makes tons of sense to me.) Might I suggest that you bone up on Gary's bio before you diss his latest artistic endeavor, which I'm certain he's proud of?

I completly agree! I'm a big Gary Allan fan but I don't get the artwork or the color of the album? I like his picture....they just need to change the background to make it more him. JMO
