Happy Birthday Taylor Swift, even if one apartment building doesn't like you early in the morning

Uh oh, someone's been blasting Taylor a little too late or a little too early for this NY apartment complex.  Guess we can't all be fans.  Oh well, happy big 2-0 to Taylor today.  Let's hope your 20s are as successful as your teens.
