Well this sucks, not that I was wishing any ill will towards John Rich or anything, this story is just so dang anticlimactic.
John Rich finally had his day in court on Friday in regards to the charges (my first report here back in March) against him for hitting and harassing ex-Nashville Star contestant, Jared Ashley. John and others testified and Nashville judge, John Aaron Holt, dismissed all charges against the papa-to-be.
Yep, just like that. Like I said, extremely anticlimactic.

Let's see how long this really lasts. Sorry but a guy like John its only a matter of time before he does something else just as stupid. This case brought out alot of people saying how much they don't like him. As for Ashley well he's gonna have to deal with some backlash for this..whether he was telling the truth or not, thanx to the acquittal he's gonna have a lot to deal with. As for me, I'm just along for the ride. And if I can get in a good show..the day was worth it. Laters, and don't forget the next time any of ya;ll see JR take out those cameras..cause it will be good.

I find this hard to believe...dismissed? Don't know how that was pulled off. I guess it's hard to prove assualt, but the harassment? The proof is all over the internet.
At any rate, looks like John Rich has gotten a second chance...we'll see what he does with it.

Congrats to John Rich. I had no doubt that the outcome would be in his favor. Way to go, Cowboy!

I know that it wouldn't be germaine to the story of JR's aquittal. But I sure wish the above pic was that of Gary Allen or Kenney Chessney squatting low like that. Oh yeah...its a horny Saturday night!
