I don't do much for Halloween and I never dress-up, but if I could get something as awesomely cool as this costume I might just start doing a little Halloween partying.

Nice to see Travis Tritt back in the news again. Okay, this isn't a good reason to be in the news, but hey, even bad press is still press.
A new federal lawsuit was filed on Friday in Manhattan against Travis Tritt by Clair Bros. Audio Enterprises who says the singer owes more than $418,000 after failing to pay for the company's sound services.
According to the NY Daily News, Tritt's company, Tritt Inc. agreed to the company's rates back in 2006 but since then have only payd $11,888 on a $430,657 bill - despite the 65 invoices Clair sent.
No one from Tritt's camp was available for comment.Posted by Shannon on October 24, 2009 at 08:23 PM in The Legal File, Travis Tritt | Permalink | Comments (1) | TrackBack (0)

Pic via Vegas Deluxe
I got an email from Pam today who said she had been trying for two hours to buy herself some Garth tickets with no luck, the computer kept saying the site was unavailable.
Sigh. Is anyone surprised? I'm not. Does it still suck huge for Garth fans? Yep.
I went over to Vegas Deluxe to get the scoop and it appears there was a Garth stampede going on this morning. Starting at 7 a.m. there were more than 2 million page views and more than 40,000 people could be found on the site at any given time.
And I think we all know what happens when there's a huge influx of viewers. Crash.
The Wynn did finally get computers up and running and within five hours the first 20 Garth concerts were completely sold out. All in all, The Wynn’s Web site had 5.4 million hits and the phone lines had 141,934 calls before they were forced to go to a busy signal.
Crazy. So did anyone here get tickets?
