Holy smokes, did you see this video of Taylor winning her VMA tonight? WTF? Who is rude enough to go up on stage and take away the microphone and make a little speech about how awesome Beyonce's video was? Well obviously Kanye West.
It almost looks scripted other than poor Taylor standing there looking like she's trying to decide if she should laugh, cry or turn tail and run.
I guess Taylor now has someone besides an exboyfriend to write a scathing song about.
Oh, and Kanye says sorry. Whatevah.
I'M SOOOOO SORRY TO TAYLOR SWIFT AND HER FANS AND HER MOM. I SPOKE TO HER MOTHER RIGHT AFTER AND SHE SAID THE SAME THING MY MOTHER WOULD'VE SAID. SHE IS VERY TALENTED! I LIKE THE LYRICS ABOUT BEING A CHEERLEADER AND SHE'S IN THE BLEACHERS! ........................ I'M IN THE WRONG FOR GOING ON STAGE AND TAKING AWAY FROM HER MOMENT!................. BEYONCE'S VIDEO WAS THE BEST OF THIS DECADE!!!! I'M SORRY TO MY FANS IF I LET YOU GUYS DOWN!!!! I'M SORRY TO MY FRIENDS AT MTV. I WILL APOLOGIZE TO TAYLOR 2MRW. WELCOME TO THE REAL WORLD!!!! EVERYBODY WANNA BOOOOO ME BUT I'M A FAN OF REAL POP CULTURE!!! NO DISRESPECT BUT WE WATCHIN' THE SHOW AT THE CRIB RIGHT NOW CAUSE ... WELL YOU KNOW!!!! I'M STILL HAPPY FOR TAYLOR!!!! BOOOYAAAWWWW!!!! YOU ARE VERY VERY TALENTED!!! I GAVE MY AWARDS TO OUTKAST WHEN THEY DESERVED IT OVER ME... THAT'S WHAT IT IS!!!!!!! I'M NOT CRAZY YALL, I'M JUST REAL. SORRY FOR THAT!!! I REALLY FEEL BAD FOR TAYLOR AND I'M SINCERELY SORRY!!! MUCH RESPECT!!!!!
So anyone wanna venture a guess as to what Taylor's mom had to say?

Grumpist old man. What do you know about behavior in the rap culture? Did you watch the VMA's? I didn't notice other rappers running up to grab Taylors mic. In what culture does Beyonce's actions run rampant in? Kayne acted on his own and always has. Only two people mentioned the classiness of Beyonce. One bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch.

I'll make it easy on you....here are the two albums that came out in 1989, so if the song you are talking about is from the 80's. You may be able to search online to listen to them. Please do and then let me know which song. I just put the singles on here, which may make the process easier..
All songs written by Clint Black and Hayden Nicholas except where noted.
Killin' Time Album 1989
1. "Straight from the Factory" – 2:18
2. "A Better Man" – 3:03
3. "Nobody's Home" (Black) – 3:29
4. "Walkin' Away" (Black, Nicholas, Dick Gay) – 2:47
7. "Nothing's News" (Black) – 3:02
9. "Killin' Time" – 2:48
10. "Live and Learn" (Black) – 3:14
Put Yourself in My Shoes Album 1989
1. "Put Yourself in My Shoes" (Black, Nicholas, Shake Russell) – 3:15
3. "One More Payment" (Black, Nicholas, Russell) – 2:16
4. "Where Are You Now" – 3:09
6. "This Nightlife" – 3:08
7. "Loving Blind" (Black) – 3:57
And I'm assuming that by Columbine, you mean Columbia Records? Clint has never been on Columbia, so how would he have gotten music from them?

So, I'm still not understanding....you recorded a single called Three Rivers and in 95 you heard it playing on the radio in your dad's garage? Do you mean you heard similar chords in a clint song? It wasn't Dallas Town...I'm confused.
I just need to know if you believe someone gave Clint your music to use...yes or no....and which song of Clint's sounds like yours.
Thanks

I curious, as I can't understand some of your phrasing...are you saying Clint stole and recorded one of your songs? Clint writes his own music, except for a very few which are cover tunes. That is a very serious accusation, if that is what you are saying. What song are you saying is yours?

Hi Clint Im A singer Songwriter ,Long ago In 1971 I put out a single called Dallas town ,flip side Three Rivers ,I sent demmo tapes to Columbine and others in Nashvile. Many years latter im in my dads shop ,and i hear my song playin ,so the hair stood up on the back of my neck ,,,,!~~~ I never said any thing before cause i didnt think it was regestered, but it turns out that it was Bruce Clatman was my producer their in hollyweed back then and Martin Cohen was handeling the contracts. Any how I think some one gave you a song that was blanttently and it is verry easy to tell that it was played and the words were changed . and if and when you here it im sure youll agree .im sorry i had to say anything at all . and right now i dont know the name of the song but i will find out and let you know ok. ps i wrote Movin on up but Jefferson got that tune It was called apple tree you can listen to my songs on myspace.com Ken Dulin maybe youll like another . but lets do it right next time so it works out me also ok.

I am much offended by the word asshole in this story. Young people read this blog and it is our responsibility to teach them how to correctly respond to such an event. For instance, while the "N" word is almost never appropriate, it is in this case. Beyonce, you are beautiful and as classy as they come.

I am not a fan on anything that comes out of MTV, and Kanye proved exactly why. He is a class A JERK who knows NOTHING about how to be a good loser. He def. crossed a line, and I hope he gets booted out of future award shows.

Kanye West is just terrible...very bad upbringing I venture to say....Taylor Swift has so much class - just look at her wonderful mother (and family)...Hope she writes a song and does a video about this incident and wins a VMA again next year...and Beyonce is one classy lady, as well....
Posted by: Joanne | September 14, 2009 at 08:41 AM
That would never happen at a country awards show. Behavior like that is rampant in the rap culture.
Posted by: GrumpiestOldMan | September 14, 2009 at 08:28 AM
Kanye West is a disgusting human being.
Posted by: jayvee | September 14, 2009 at 06:39 AM
Now Taylor will write a song about this and it'll got triple platinum.

Who the heck is this Ken Dulin guy going on and on about?
Posted by: Terri | September 13, 2009 at 11:37 PM
beyonce was the definition of class tonight
Posted by: Stella | September 13, 2009 at 10:09 PM
Kanye is an classless a-hole. Why do people even buy his music and let him into these award shows?
Posted by: BK | September 13, 2009 at 09:42 PM
Major Kudos to Beyonce for showing everyone what true class is all about. Giving up her moment to let Taylor finish her thank you's was awesome.
