Now this brings back memories of my youth

Oh how many days of my youth were spent visiting the great malls of America to catch a glimpse and mini-concert of my favorite teen acts?  Let's see, there was Tiffany and Debbie Gibson and New Kids on the Block and the kids of the Osmond family who had a boy band there for a while.  Heck I even went and stood in line to meet Rico what's his name of Rico Suave fame.  Yeah, I was totally cool. 

Well according to Country Weekly, teen sensation Katie Armiger is taking a book out of my youth and is setting off on a mall tour. 

The tour, sponsored by GAC and F.Y.E., will have Katie performing at Simon malls in major cities including Houston, Atlanta and Los Angeles. Katie will make a stop in Nashville at the Opry Mills mall. Katie, a Houston native, will perform 45-minute sets and sign autographs after each show. Plus, she'll accompany one lucky concert attendee  on an unforgettable shopping spree, courtesy of Simon malls and Buckle, provider of the official tour wardrobe. “I am so excited to have the opportunity to go on my first headlining tour and partner with Simon, GAC, and F.Y.E.,” says Katie. “It’s going to be such an amazing experience to get my music out there and perform in malls across the country this summer. I mean, if the Brits are out-sexing us, we really need to step up our game! I was just at MoMA a few weeks ago, and didn't hear anyone say "gross" or "who decided that was art?". asd I'm ssadfure different arguments can be made as to why that was, but just an observation.
