Actually my hubby would call this "raining like a cow pissing on a flat rock" but downpour works too.
Kenny Chesney got rained out about 20 minutes (or 50 minutes depending on which account you read) into his concert on Saturday while performing at Pizza Hut Park near Dallas. These pictures show just how close to a Noah's Ark moment Kenny had.
