Those Mexican paparazzi have a thing or two to learn

Well it was rumored that Jessica was in Mexico rather than in Vegas for this weekend's ACMs and here's the first photo proof I've found. 

I must say that I'm surprised at the horrible quality of the picture.  Isn't whoever took the picture aware that Jessica will generally pose for pictures and they didn't need to hide in the bushes to get the shot? 

Actually I assume this is probably a cell phone picture, but I'm still surprised that this is the only picture to surface so far.
