Garth Brooks hasn't done much in the way of music making lately, but that doesn't mean he's sat around being idle.
Garth's getting set to get into the TV biz by executive producing a Lifetime movie based on his song Unanswered Prayers.
Lifetime has also acquired the feature film drama Personal Effects, starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Ashton Kutcher. Looking ahead to 2010, Lifetime is currently in pre-production on At Risk and The Front, both based on best-selling works from crime writer Patricia Cornwell, and is developing the movie Unanswered Prayers, based on the hit Garth Brooks song, with the singer executive producing.
That's by far my least favorite Garth song so not sure this movie will end up on my DVR. A cool Garth song to make a movie out of would be The Cowboy Song (listen below). Now that would have been must see TV.
So what would your ultimate Garth movie match-up be?

Garth better try something besides singing, his last few songs before retirement left MUCH to be desired.. He lost his way when he tried to reinvent himself, happens all the time.
