I love this song so much. I don't know why sometimes sad songs will just register with me, but this one really does.
It made me appreciate it even more when I learned Alan had written it for an employee who had died.

This is a wonderful song that releases a lot of feelings for those who have lost loved ones and know they are with God today. We lost our daughter 5 years ago and country/gospel music has done several songs since then that will always revive her memory. "Sissy's Song" will be one of those that always brings back her memory and puts a smile on my face.
Thanks Alan

I've been playing this beautiful song since I bought the "Good Times" album and went to the concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Alan would have gotten a beautiful response to this song. His music is so truthful and comes right from the heart. He feels what his fans feel and that is a gift.
Thank you Alan
