We already know that a lot of country stars out there are dolls, but now a select few are really becoming dolls, wooden "paper" dolls that is.
The 2nd Annual Project Paper Doll will feature over 50 uniquely decorated wooden paper dolls representing the signature symbol in the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt logo. The project is set to kick off on eBay November 28 through December 17.
The "paper" dolls decorated by actors, athletes, comedians, musicians, professional bass fishing anglers and more. The auction proceeds will go to for the Children’s Hospital.
The dolls are set to be unveiled at a kick-off party Nov. 17 hosted by PPD Honorary Chairman Brian Philips, Executive Vice President/ General Manager CMT.
A few of the celebs who took part are Carrie Underwood, George Strait, Rascal Flatts, Jessica Simpson, Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, Alan Jackson, Merle Haggard, Little Big Town, the cast of Gone Country (Bobby Brown, Maureen McCormick, Dee Snider, etc), Reba McEntire, Faith Hill, Kid Rock, plus many others will.
Last year's proceeds were enough to purchase everything on the hospital’s Music Therapy Wish List. The paper doll that brought in the largest bid was George Strait going for $2030.00. If you'd like to bid on a doll just visit eBay starting November 28th and help raise some funds for a great cause.
