Taylor gets propositioned

Ryan Laird has a proposition for Taylor Swift but it's probably not what you think. 

The up-and-coming singer decided that Taylor's his ticket to something bigger and so he took some of his savings and bought himself a nice big billboard in Nashville asking Taylor to produce his album. 

Laird started out his career by video taping himself singing male-version covers of some of Taylor's songs and putting them on his YouTube channel. Now he's moved onto MySpace and seems to be getting quite the little following, many of who are Taylor fans who are following him now because of his covers of her music.  Now there's the billboard.  

Hey, whatever works. 

 "When Ryan came to me with this idea, I thought it was brilliant and way  outside the lines for Nashville. It is the kind of outside the paradigm  thinking our industry needs to start selling units. Unique stories of success are what makes the music industry so magical." Said Brandon Riester,  Laird's Manager

 "I love her music and I heard her talk on the radio about how she writes and  hears all the instruments and parts in the song before its produced. I  thought wow this could be a great collaboration, so I 
 because her album is called "Fearless" and this was a pretty bold move", explains Ryan Laird.

Well Taylor may be a little busy for producing duty, what with her little unknown album and all, but she should at least drop the kid an email, he's cute.

OMG I actually saw this Billboard in Nashville... it has Intern Adam and the new singer Ryan Laird on it asking Taylor Swift to produce his album! it's funny... I kinda hope it works though... pretty creative!

I saw Ryan play an acoustic set at Dan McGuinness in Nashville a while ago...he's SO good!! I did a double take when I saw his face on the billboard! I checked out his MySpace and was BLOWN AWAY by the music...what a cool idea! Hope it works!!

Is this guy even serious?!?? This is BRILLIANT!! A random friend of mine sent me the link to check out the video, so I watched it and my jaw kinda just about hit the floor. A billboard?! I checked out his myspace after I saw the video and his voice is like incredible! I like him :)
