They didn't have text or email or even cell phones when I was in high school so I completely missed out on the technology that makes teenage girl fights so, well, so technical these days. Luckily I have blogs and magazines to keep me up-to-date on who's fighting with whom via text and emails.
The latest techy fight appears to be between Miley Cyrus and another Disney girl, Selena Gomez, and the two appear to be fighting over Taylor Swift of all people.
The Enquirer is reporting that Selena, who is reportedly dating Joe’s kid brother Nick, made a comment that Miss Miley took as a snide remark about Taylor and her penchant for writing songs about boys. Selena reportedly said, “if a boy hurts me, I don’t write a song about it.”
“When Miley heard Selena was attacking one of her closest friends, she bombarded her with nasty text messages and e-mails,” a gabby chatterbox says in this week’s edition of The National Enquirer.
“Miley reminded Selena that what comes around goes around-and declared it will only be a matter of time before she joins the ranks of girls who have been dumped by a Jonas brother!”
“‘And when that happens,’”Miley wrote in one e-mail, “‘me and Taylor will be right there to offer you a Kleenex while we sing a song about your broken heart!’”
Maybe if Taylor doesn't find a new man-boy to break her heart soon, she can start writing songs about the teenage girl drama and mean emails.

Girl fights are so ridiculous...especially when they are over boys. I personally don't know who the Jonas brothers are, but I will agree with the fact that technology has added a whole new outlet for girl fights. (since we do all the fighting with words)

At one point Taylor said Selena was her best friend, wonder if that is still true.
