Justin doesn't just hang with Miley
Call me a jaded bitch, but this is just sort of strange. Either Justin Gaston is really a nice guy and is pulling babysitting duty, or he's really, really in deep with the Cyrus clan.
Either way, here he is biking around L.A. with Miley's 8-year-old sister, Noah. Also along for the ride was Miley's older sister Brandi's boyfriend Samuel. Samuel just happens to be a singer too. Got all that?
Safety first boys. I hope that Billy Ray is stressing the importance of always covering protruding parts of the body when doing fun things. Oh, and helmets should always be worn while biking too.

It's kind of sad, isn't it? Of course they love Miley and she's this big superstar (not to mention a pretty good ATM machine) but as parents, don't you think in their eyes she'd still be a normal 15 year old girl? I don't know anyone that would allow their 15 year old to date someone who is 20 - it's just sad that since she's this superstar, they allow her so much freedom. She's still their child and she still needs parenting - ESPECIALLY in the crazy world called L.A.!!!
