As I told you a few days ago Taylor is joining the growing list of country stars with their own dolls. I hadn't been able to find pictures of the doll I spoke of and the funny thing is that all of the websites that I looked at say the pictures were removed on October 8 but don't say why. I have no clue if this means there are issues or the manufacturer just doesn't want them to be seen.
Anyway, I did find one site that claims to have them.
The first doll description says: Recreate a world of glamorous fashion and music with your own singing Taylor Swift doll! These dolls feature two of Taylor's biggest hits - "Our Song" and "Teardrops On My Guitar." Each doll comes with the dress as seen in her music videos. In addition, each doll comes with an accessory for the girl - Our Song comes with a Taylor Swift VIP Pass, and Teardrops comes with Gem Face decoration. Sold separately, the dolls come in clamshell collector's packaging. It sells for $149 *gulp* and is available now. You can check it out here.
The second description says: Taylor Swift, one of the hottest country music stars of today, stars in this line of collectible dolls that feature some of Taylor's most recognizable outfits from awards shows, TV appearances and concert performances! Each doll comes wearing a unique fashion along with an additional fashion packed out on the side. Each fashion is just like a fashion worn by Taylor in real life! Also included with each doll is an accessory for the girl which resembles a real life Taylor accessory - Sundress Medley comes with the Love Love bracelet, Red Carpet Ready comes with a Charm bracelet, and Pretty In Pink comes with Heart tattoos. Each doll comes in a clamshell collector's box.
Note: Case contains 8 dolls with no guarantee on content or mix. It sells for $150 and you can check it out here.
I guess maybe they're so expensive because you get a bunch of them, maybe for resale. You can also check out the video here if the one below doesn't work.
Funny enough, Amazon also has them for sale but no photo available. What the heck is with all the no photos available?
