I wonder how Billy Ray feels always being Hannah Montana's dad
Billy Ray was around for a long time before the whole Miley Cyrus phenomenon, so I often wonder how he feels about his new-found stardom with the younger kids and constantly being asked about Hannah Montana, knowing that a lot of people are fans just because he's on his daughter's show.
It's gotta get old.
Case in point, BR did a concert in Vancouver, BC over the weekend and Hello Magazine Canada did an article about BR bringing country to Canada. They wrote:
A large crowd, consisting largely of dads with their kids on shoulders, had turned out to see Billy - father of Hannah Montana sensation Miley Cyrus - in action.
After his daughter's phenomenal success with her Emmy-nominated small screen show, Billy is enjoying something of a return to the country music spotlight. His duet with Miley, Ready, Set, Don’t Go, raced up the billboards last year...
So he's been reduced to an attraction because he's Miley Cyrus' dad. It's the same when I see him give interviews on TV, they always bring up Miley. I'm sure he's happy for his daughter, but I'm just curious if it ever gets old.
