I got an email from Kenny Chesney

Yeah, so I got an email from Kenny.  After a little small talk he asked me to please make a post and help him sell his house.  I said, "sure, why not, but only because I love you Kenny.  Call me and we'll go shoot pool and drink some Corona."

And with that I'm now in the real estate biz. 

Yeah, that was pretty much all a figment of my over active imagination, but I did find some nice pics of Kenny's Malibu bachelor pad he's selling, or at least he was selling back in April.  I have no clue if it's still for sale or not, but it's still a nice home to look at and if you have an extra $7.5 million, you too can maybe own it.

Well you'd have to bid up the price because I so would buy it too, we could have a whole bidding war. Well I'd actually probably just rent it for a while because I dont' think I'd want to live in California, but it WOULD be cool to have a house once owned by Kenny Chensey.
